Who is this program for?

What’s the time investment for this program?
You’ll get about 1 to 1½ hours of short actionable videos each week which will guide you through how to create the team and organization you envision.

I understand! I’ll be holding two calls every week to help with availability, one on Wednesdays and one on Thursdays. (Specific Times will be set with participant input prior to kick-off of the program.)
All calls are also recorded so you can watch them later if you are unable to attend.

Are there opportunities to ask questions or get feedback between coaching sessions?
Yes, you and your team members in the program will be part of a private, secure, online community where you can get feedback from Adrienne (and the other support coaches).

Do I get access to all the modules at once?
No, I’ve found that some team members will jump ahead while others will lag behind and I want us to stay in sync.
Each week a new module will be released, with short videos and action-focused tools and templates. The weekly strategy & coaching sessions will be focused primarily on the content for that week.
How many people on a team usually go through the program?
I’ve found that the best results occur when around 5 to 15 people from your organization’s leadership team go through the program together.
This allows you to create a shared vision and begin to drive change quickly in an aligned way.
What are the steps to enroll in the program?
